The mission of the school is to provide a personalized, high quality, and culturally responsive education for Black boys in a residential education setting.
Our Vision
MPA Airmen are Black boys of character, integrity and confidence, who have a strong sense of self and are prepared to lead and serve in their community and an ever-changing society.
Our Impact
Throughout the five years of The Ubuntu Leadership Institute, over 250 young men have achieved a 99% matriculation rate and a 98% graduation rate.
